La Flagellation Passionelle (1906).

Fernand Louis Gottlob (1873-1935) was a French artist who produced illustrations for numerous Parisian newspapers and magazines including Le Rire, Le Sourire, Le Journal Amusant and L'Assiette au Beurre.

He also illustrated at least one spanking novel, La Flagellation Passionelle (1906) by Don Brennus Aléra (Roland Brévannes), published by Henri Pauwels (Offenstadt).
