Jump to navigationJump to searchA professional dominant, also known as professional disciplinarian (and pro-domme or professional dominatrix if female), is a person who offers clients BDSM sessions in which she plays the dominant role and the client the submissive role, in exchange for money. Some pro-dommes also work as models for BDSM photos or actresses in BDSM films. Most professional dominants do not have sex in exchange for money, and do not regard themselves as prostitutes.
Most pro-dommes are female, and are also called Dominatrix (plural Dominatrices). Male professional dominants might be called pro-doms. Some are exclusively dominant, while others are switches and offer both dominant and submissive services (see pro-switch).
Spanking actresses who are also pro-dommes[edit]
- Stephanie Locke, generally known as Mistress Stephanie, is one of the original dommes to cross over into videos in the 1980s. She has played dominatrix roles in scores of F/F and F/M videos for Harmony Concepts, Shadow Lane, House of Milan, and Nu-West/Leda Productions, among others.
- Dana Specht started working as a pro-domme in the 1980s after placing ads in bondage and spanking magazines and fetish-service directories. In the early 1990s she began making (mostly FemDom) videos for Nu-West/Leda Productions, Brooks Applications and others before launching her own video company and website in 1999. She currently appears in Momma Spankings videos (F/F) which she co-owns with actress Sarah Gregory.
- Jacqueline Omerta, founder of former spanking video company Pacific Force, is also a professional dominatrix who conducts private Femdom sessions.
- Miss Brown, also known as "Claire Brown", has made mostly F/F videos. As "Mistress Precious", she also works as a professional dominatrix and disciplinarian in London.
- Miss Chambers, also known as "Trish", has starred in various F/F videos, mostly for Red Stripe in Englans. Under the alias "True Severity", she also worked as a professional dominatrix.
- Belinda Clark, aka Gemini, Mistress Gemini (Pacific Force, Brooks Applications, etc., is known for her severe F/F and Femdom videos.
- Ms. Holly, owner of the now-closed Southeastern Woodshed video company, is a professional disciplinarian (she does not use the term dominatrix). She does private discipline sessions for men, women, and couples.
- Amy Hunter and has made videos for Northern Spanking, Bars and Stripes, Girls Boarding School, et al. She started doing pro-domme work in 2003.
- Domina Irene Boss is the owner of MIB Productions, now called DomBoss.Com, based in Los Angeles, Calif. The company produces femdom punishment videos.
- Miss Sultry Belle, is a professional dominatrix and spanking video producer based in Glasgow, Scotland. She stars in a series of F/F videos. Her company, Miss Sultrybelle, sells videos at her clips4sale site.
- Kami Robertson, an active British spanking actress (Triple A Spanking, Sound Punishment, et al.), also offers her services as a "CP Therapist and Professional Mistress" with private sessions at her Miss Kami Robertson website. She is based in Newcastle upon Tyne and also does sessions in London.
- Chanta Rose, aka Mistress Chanta, is an Austraian dominatrix. Her F/F video company, Chanta's Bitches, is now part of Kink.com.
- Lily Starr (Lily Starr Spanking, Disciplinary Arts, Sarah Gregory Spanking), also conducts private sessions as a top and a bottom.
