Milking

Milking, in a sexual context, refers to the forced masturbation of a male subject, usually restrained, by another person or by a (often fictional) milking machine, to bring him to forced orgasm (ejaculation). The person being milked has no control over what is being done to them, and no control over when or how they will reach orgasm. The subject of milking is often encountered in BDSM art and media. A popular topic is to continue milking after the first orgasm until a second orgasm is reached, and possibly more, to bring the subject to total sexual exhaustion.

Milking, in real life, fiction, and porn, comes in both femdom (F/M) and maledom (M/M) form, or in the case of a machine, machine/M. M/M milking (and porn of it) is popular among the gay community. Milking can be used together with (temporary) orgasm denial in the technique of orgasm control, where the subject is brought to the edge of orgasm, but not past it — often repeatedly — until at some point they are permitted to ejaculate.

Methods

Milking is normally done by stimulating one or several of the subject's erogenous zones to cause sexual arousal, such as the penis, scrotum, testicles, perineum, anus, prostate, buttocks, nipples etc. Sex toys of all kinds can be used, as well as other forms of stimulation (e.g. verbal, visual). Any of the stimulation can be pleasant or unpleasant, or both. In its simplest form, milking is simply a hand job with the subject restrained. Milking can be done in various poses and, optionally, using various items of furniture for bondage. Some dominatrices offer milking as a service in BDSM studios.

Electroejaculation is a procedure used to obtain semen samples from sexually mature male mammals. The procedure is applied for breeding programs and research purposes in various species, as well as in the treatment of an ejaculatory dysfunction in human males. An electric probe is inserted into the rectum adjacent to the prostate. The probe delivers a slight electric current that stimulates nearby nerves, resulting in contraction of the pelvic muscles and ejaculation.

Prostate milking is another term for prostate massage. Through manual stimulation of the prostate gland (via the anus), seminal fluids can be discharged, either with or without orgasm.

Milking and spanking

Milking and spanking can be combined if the subject's position is chosen such that both their buttocks and their penis (for stimulation and/or collection of ejaculate) are in good reach. For positions and techniques, see also spanking in bondage.

Milking is being used as a prelude to the actual spanking which will hurt much more due to the lack of excitement.

Some artists have combined spanking and milking in artwork. For example, Franco has created several drawings and rendered art of spanking machines that are also milking machines, to bring the subjects to powerful orgasms while they are restrained, naked, in humiliating poses, and getting spanked.
