GwenMedia
GwenMedia is a Los Angeles-based producer of fetish clothing and hardcore BDSM videos that specialize in elaborate latex, rubber and other fetish costumes and equipment. The emphasis of their videos is on F/F domination, bondage, humiliation, slave training, roleplay, whipping, cropping, and caning. They also produce a smaller collection of male-submissive F/M titles.
History and organization[edit]
The company was created in 2001 by Bob Zak. After his death in 2005, fetish actress and professional dominatrix Isabella Sinclaire assumed control of the company. She writes, directs, produces, and performs (always as a stern mistress) in many of their productions. Sinclaire also maintains two other divisions: Ivy Manor Videos (a BDSM line distributed by Bizarre Video) and Gothic Entertainment.
GwenMedia sells its products through their website and an eBay store. They also participate in public events such as fetish fashion shows to promote their line of rubber and latex clothing (see video clip below).
Some of the more well-known actresses who have worked for the company include: Madison Young (who also produces her own line of videos), Jewell Marceau, Rosaleen Young, Ashley Fires, Gia Regency, Ashley Renee, Julie Simone and Paige Richards (star of Bettie Page: Dark Angel).
In 2019 the company announced it will no longer be stocking DVDs and put all its GwenMedia and Ivy Manor discs up for sale at discount prices.
