Dorsvloer vol confetti
Dorsvloer vol confetti (translation: "Threshing floor full of confetti") is the Dutch debut novel of Franca Treur, published in 2009. It was made into a film in 2014, directed by Tallulah Hazekamp Schwab. The film has the English title Confetti Harvest and the German title Konfetti Ernte.
The film is about Katelijne (Catherine), a 12-year-old girl who grows up in a strictly religious peasant family in Zeeland, a province of the Netherlands. She is the only girl among six brothers. While her brothers are working hard on the farm, Katelijne develops a fascination with stories.
