From Spanking Art

Richard F. Williams, also known as Dick Williams (1908 - 1981) was an American painter and illustrator.

In the 1940s and 1950s, he worked as illustrator for newspapers, magazines, and major advertisement campaigns such as for Coca Cola and the US government. His work is "characterized by a warmth and playfulness and clever compositional ideas" as well as gentle humor.

In the 1960s he transitioned to portraits and landscapes, changing his signature to "Richard F. Williams."

Spanking art[edit]

Dick Williams did at least one work of spanking art, a playful domestic M/F OTK scene.
