David Černý

David Černý (born 1967) is a Czech sculptor. His works, often combining the beautiful with the slightly disturbing, can be seen in many locations in Prague.

Among his works is "Tower Babies" (2000), a series of cast figures of giant crawling infants attached to Žižkov Television Tower. A similar installation are three giant (and faceless) babies at ground level that guard the entrance to Museum Kampa. Tourists can touch and ride them, and some people made posed pictures spanking one of them.
